Eligibility:
VIP Partners and Managing Partners: Open a minimum of 11 Assurity cases with 8 policies transmitted in each case.
Executive Partners: Qualify individually or as team leaders.
Team Leader Qualification (Executive Partners):
Large Teams (AZ, TX/OK/AR, CO/CA): 6 qualifiers needed for Executive Partner entry.
Small Teams (Ohio): 3 qualifiers needed for Executive Partner entry.
Winner Selection:
Top 20 qualifiers will be guaranteed a room..
If more than 20 qualify, VIP will attempt to reserve additional rooms.
If additional rooms are unavailable, remaining qualifiers will receive a $750 Cash Prize Award.
Judging Criteria:
Contest based on the number of New Cases Transmitted.
Tiebreakers determined by Annualized Premium totals in the new cases accumulated.
Important Notes:
All records are based on VIPs Assurity Transmittal Report.
Final cutoff time for transmittal is October 31, 5pm Pacific Time.
The trip cannot be exchanged for the $750 Cash Prize.
New Case Credit is given to the Partner listed on the Master Application AND must be listed as the #1 Representative on the Transmittal form.

APRIL – Double Credit
For April, every new qualifying case opened (with at least 8 Assurity policies transmitted) will receive double credit for the Case Race, provided the participant opens at least 9 cases between May and September. You must reach the 9-case threshold during that four-month period for this bonus to apply.
For example:
Partner A opens three new qualifying cases in April.
From May through September, Partner A opens 9 more cases, bringing their total to 12 true cases. For the Case Race, 9 cases officially apply.
Remember, 11 cases is the entry point, not a guaranteed spot in the top 20. However, it does guarantee the minimum $750 cash award.
Thanks to the April Showers Bonus, Partner A receives credit for 6 bonus cases! This puts them at 15 Case Count Credits with a month to spare!!! Remember that the contest officially runs from May through October.
On the other hand, Partner B opens 3 cases in April but then puts things off, opening only 7 cases from May to September. They then rush to get the next 4 cases in October to reach the 11-case mark, potentially earning the minimum spot. While we love the hustle, they will need the stars to align to qualify for the $750 guaranteed cash and potentially slip into the top 20.
