10 Step Training Checklist For Your New Managing and Executive Partner

This time is SO CRITICAL. Compression in a new person’s training and development will inherently teach them to create compression in their sales steps.

Remember the VIP Leadership ETHICS course you took and the 2 videos.  (1. The EXTREME importance of being a TOUR guide, 2. The importance of starting them FAST

Here’s a MANDATORY TO-DO CheckList. I recommend having ALL of this completed in their first 48 hours with you at a minimum. 

Step 1

Set the EXPECTATION of all meeting attendance (Monday Kickoffs, Cardone/EP Training, Friday Fundamentals, Rookie Rountable). 

Step 2

Assign them the TACTICAL TRAINING. I recommend actually doing the “Less is More” training and the 1st Product… Accident Training with them. This way they have a good understanding of how to maximize their knowledge. 

Step 3

Drill with them the 2 MINUTE PRESENTATION. They should have this almost perfect by the end of day 1 after Tactical training is complete. Seriously. This will give them the tools to speak with ANYONE and that confidence is HUGE.

Step 4

Teach them how to use the BENEList with an employer and utilize the Master App QR Codes on the menu. Give them a BENElist to use immediately. 

Step 5

Get them comfortable with the PartnerApp

Step 6

Have them request LEADS in THIS FORM from their Executive Partner for when YOU hit the field with them to do drops. This is critical in setting the tone for the proper amount of activity they will need. 

Step 7

Complete at least 15 PPPs for the first day of drops with them – Use the Leads you pulled if necessary. Have them use their HiHello QR code that they created with Brendan in the PPP. This also gets them used to using their HiHello Business Card. 

Step 8

Complete a NEW CASE QUOTE REQUEST with them. Use the Leads you pulled if necessary. Get them IN PRACTICE. 

Step 9

Show them how to use their GOOGLE WORKSPACE CALENDAR and Schedule the 1st day of field time with YOU. 

Step 10

Be that tour guide in the field and help them set appointments.
