To start and complete a Minor Medical (MEC) case follow these steps and use the links provided. This simplifies the entire process making it easier for you, your group, and their employees!

#1- Complete the Master Application and ACH form.

#2 - Enroll the employees with the ExpressEnroll link provided by your Executive Partner.

#3- Input your Census and Enrollment data into the SBMA MEC Plan census template OR let your Enrollment Director do all of this back-end work for you.
