To start and complete a BEAM DENTAL case follow these steps and use the links provided. This simplifies the entire process making it easier for you, your group, and their employees!

#1 - Ask BEAM to send you an IMPLEMENTATION EMAIL/MASTER APP by filling out this form:

#2 BEAM will send a Master App/Implementation email via DocuSign. Fill out your portion and then it will go to your account to complete.

#3- Enroll the employees with the ExpressEnroll link provided by VIP

#4- Input the Census & Enrollment data into the BEAM DENTAL/VISION/LIFE CENSUS TEMPLATE
